Is it suprising to anyone that these games (SS:BB, DBZ, and now Billy & Mandy) all will have GC controls? I originally thought that the classic controller would be used, not only for classic games, but for new ones that wouldnt use the Wii controller. This almost feels....Playstation-esque (same controller, new console)

Something is definately up with this whole thing. We technically still don't have confirmation from Nintendo that it is possible. The comments about Brawl were made by they were far from official. I really want Nintendo to come out and set the record straight.

CericSeptember 06, 2006

They ain't setting the record straight on any damaging press right now.

couchmonkeySeptember 06, 2006

Maybe the "classic" controller isn't happening, or won't be available until long after launch.

StrellSeptember 06, 2006

It's not a fighter. It's kind of like oldschool Simpsons/X-men beat'em up.

At least that is what the scans from some mags looked like last time I checked.

i wouldn't say gamecube->wii controller support could be damaging either way.

Infernal MonkeySeptember 06, 2006

From the look of the Wii screenshots of this game, it really is just a straight up GameCube port.

the screenshots reminded me of Power Stone.....it'd be great if the game is like that face-icon-small-happy.gif
