Triforce Arcade Board
Nintendo has been absent from the arcade business since the mid-1990s. Namco and Sega on the other hand never left the business and have been two of the arcade industry's biggest developers in the world.
Of course, this has changed now that Nintendo has announced its partnership with Sega and Namco to produce an all new Arcade Board: fittingly named the "Triforce."
With an arcade board powered by the GC and collaborative efforts of all three companies, the Triforce graphics board stands poised to revolutionize both arcade and console gaming.
All games in development for Triforce are planned to be released simultaneously in both the arcades and the home consoles, with some sort of link between the two versions, along with connection between the arcade units themselves.
