In classic fashion, with the release of a new Star Wars movie comes a horde of new Star Wars games to go along with it. Star Wars Episode II: The New Droid Army for the Game Boy Advance is one of these games. In Droid Army, you assume the position of young Jedi padawan Anakin Skywalker. Anakin must use all the power at his disposal to stop Count Dooku from using the new, more powerful, Droid Army against the Jedi. As he adventures from Tatooine to the far reaches of space, Anakin’s Force abilities will grow. Not only will his Force powers grow, but Anakin’s ability to use a lightsabre will also increase, making him even more deadly.

Anakin will encounter characters from Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, as well as new characters. New Droid Army will have multiplayer support so that two players can battle each other to determine who is the true master of the force. LucasArts has not currently specifed if multiplayer can work off of one cart or two copies of the game are needed for linked play. Star Wars Episode II: The New Droid Army is expected to reach stores this November.
