Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors

A fighter developed separately from DBZ: Taiketsu in Japan, DBZ: Super Sonic features the franchise's familiar cast of characters, including Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Vegeta, Frieza, the androids, Cell, and others.

Characters rely on both energy attacks and brute strength in a variety of gameplay modes, including a 1-player story mode. Judging from screenshots, fights take place on both Earth and Namek.
