Bird Mania Christmas 3D arrives just in time for the holidays in Japan...oh, wait...

It’s a surprisingly tame week on the eShop with only a handful of releases across both platforms. One of the oddest releases this week has got to be the slightly reworked (at least the title) version of Bird Mania Christmas 3D, aptly changed to Bird Mania Winter 3D for the Japanese March release. Given that the game is only 100 yen, essentially $1 USD, it might be worth it to take the plunge. Other than birds, the Virtual Console on Wii U has a few classics to offer with Castlevania II and Gargoyle’s Quest II, while the Wii U VC gets Super C.
