Toki Tori 2 has been scheduled for release on December 20, developer Two Tribes has revealed.

While the studio aimed to launch the game alongside the Wii U, Two Tribes decided to delay the title "to make sure the game lives up to our standards."

Tori 2 places you once again in the feathered feet of titular hero Toki Tori. Players take advantage of the environment and its inhabitants to get Toki Tori where he needs to go.

The price for Toki Tori 2 has not been confirmed.

The original Toki Tori is available as a Game Boy Color Virtual Console title on the 3DS eShop, and has also been remade for WiiWare and sells for 1000 points.
