Sega's home video games division posted a 5.1% loss for the nine month period, which ended on December 31.
In terms of earning, the company reported a net of 63.5 billion yen ($833 million in American dollars) in game sales, while its overall losses totaled 5.5 billion yen. In terms of sales of their major titles, Sonic Generations sold 1.63 copies across all platforms (which includes the 3DS version). Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympics Games for Wii sold 2.39 million copies. The 3DS version is launching soon.
