Topic: Brash Entertainment Sued by Two Developers

Shortly after shutting down, game publisher Brash Entertainment was sued by independent developers 7 Studios and Zootfly.

 Shortly after the company was reported to be shut down, Variety reported that Brash Entertainment was sued by two independent developers that they contracted. 7 Studios, developers of the recent release, Six Flags: Fun Park, are seeking $468,000 for their work on the game adaptation of the animated film, 9, and $113,000 for their work on Six Flags: Fun Park. Zootfly is looking for $748,000 for their work on the game adaptation of the television show, Prison Break.    

Variety's article goes on to say that "[Brash Entertainment] had around a dozen projects in development and hasn't been paying developers for a while, so I would suspect more lawsuits are coming."    

Brash Entertainment CEO, Mitch Davis, has yet to comment on the issue.
