Are these new or used....I was at eb on Jun 21 and bought a used copy of VJ2  I even saw the $9.98 copies, I just assumed they were used.  But I wondered why my copy was $15 (I got it for the 2/$20).

I don't own a DS yet, but there is only one game on that list that I would consider, and GC's selection is just pitiful. If i bought GBA games still, there are a few I might pick up on that list though.
