GameStop is selling 3D Classics: Kid Icarus for a limited time.

GameStop is currently selling 3D Classics: Kid Icarus as a timed exclusive. The enhanced version of the classic NES game was released alongside Kid Icarus: Uprising as a preorder bonus from select retailers in North America; however, a download code for the title can be purchased in-store or on GameStop’s website for $5.99 for those that missed out on the promotion.
At this time, there is no date for 3D Classics: Kid Icarus’s release for purchase on the eShop in North America, but Nintendo’s site clearly states that the game will only be available at GameStop for a limited time.
Unlike in North America, Nintendo released 3D Classics: Kid Icarus in both Japan and Europe through a Club Nintendo promotion that involved registering two 3DS retail titles to receive the game. Additionally, the game is also available in both the Japanese and European eShop.
The thing is, though, is it a timed exclusive for GameStop in that it'll be sold on the eShop later, or once it's done for at GameStop, you can't get it later, at all?

Nada. I have three copies, but none came with the preorder code...
You didn't pre-order one of those from Amazon or something. Shoot, I pre-order mine just so I would get the 3DS Classic.
You bought three copies of Uprising? O_o

I've bought a grand total of zero copies of Uprising.
