There's a difference between a lowly little forum member changing a person's name and an admin/mod actually changing someones name.
And I know what the difference is! The forum rules state:
* You may not personally insult another user.
Unfortunately, Oblivion broke that rule by personally insulting Unclebob. However, since the rules do not say that you can not retaliate, it's ok to personally insult another use if they did it to you first. Thus, the mod that changed your title did not break this rule.
Of course some people might argue that it is zero tolerance for either side and that even if someone did it first, that still doesn't mean you are free to break this rule and insult someone back. But let's face it. The rules are such that they can be interpreted many different ways so that the one enforcing it is always right.
Plus, the only rule that actually matters is that you don't put the words Free and Super in a thread title. You won't find that in the rules but if you actually do that, man, you will find no mercy and a stonewalling of silence from those in charge. It makes sense. History has proven that is always the best way to work things out. People just take it and never fight back against it. That's why we still have all these great empires today......
