Millions of Germans, sadly. Moorhuhn ("Johnnie Walker's Virtuelle Moorhuhn Jagd") was REALLY big here, it was a freeware (now costs 5€ to download) advertisement for Johnnie Walker, the game was also packaged and sold at retail. Now we have like twenty different versions of Moorhuhn on the market (the first three Moorhuhn games were also ported to the PS1 and GBC/GBA AFAIK). Another example is the games collection based on "Sweetie" which apparently is the chicken from some stupid cellphone ad (and none of the games is a Duck Hunt or Moorhuhn clone featuring "Sweetie"). Then there are those other stupid fad cash-ins like the Schnappi (stupid children's song that's really popular for some inane reason) game, the Yeti game (you know Yeti sports, don't you?), the dozens of Moorhuhn clones and some random crap I can't be bothered to remember.

On another note, realistic hunting simulations completely bombed here, apparently we prefer arcadey hunting games.
