I hear JApaense sales wern't so grand.  US sales, I don't know, but the game is still kinda hard to find.  I think Sega either shipped limited copies or it sold awfully well.

It's true that we're getting ports but THANK the Skies that we got Skies of Arcadia Legends.....damn that game is so freaking good.

Anyways.....

the only non ported games we got were

Super Monkey Ball 2
Sega Soccer Slam
Home Run King
and Virtua Striker 2002

Others such as Super Monkey Ball and Beach Spikers have been in arcades but.....the versions are quite difference.  It's possible that Super Monkey Ball was built from the ground up but I have no evidence.  

I don't mind the ports (because we got Skies) but try to add some new content too....  Oh well, we have Skies!

btw...does anyone know if they dubbed the voices...or is it the same in the Japanese version?  And if it is dubbed...do you know if they used different actors?  thanks.

This game is indeed the best GCN RPG's and actually one of the best RPG's on the market.  It's been a long long while since I've been hooked to a game, and Skies of Arcadia has me hooked.  I'm 7+ Hours into the game and it's hard to stop playing.  If you don't have it then get it NOW!  I hope this game sells really well so Sega can put more RPG's on GCN and they even said themselves...a sequel depends on whether this sells or not.
