Link's Awakening holds a pretty special place in my heart as well. It is the first Zelda game I ever owned and really played back on the original Game Boy. It still my 3rd favorite of the franchise after either OoT or ALttP (depending on my mood). It is such a good game and really showed to me that you could make games that were console "huge" on a handheld.

If the MSX were to be released here for the VC, it would be entirely possible for them to release Metal Gear 2 here since the game was translated for the version that showed up in Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence.

Few things:

Mario Sunshine's commercial was an obvious parody of those old clean the environment commercials. I can't believe people miss this. And as such it was hilarious.

Second, the guy's friend who is pissed off at MGS:TS for Snake's missile jumping acrobatics, is obviously not a hardcore MGS fan since stuff in MGS2 and 3 make that look pedestrian.

Third, those who love Killer 7 are better than everyone else.

Fourth, I liked BG&E but it was not a great game. Good at best. The story was far more bland than what was promised us, the controls were clunky, the camera was not good at all, and it just felt rushed.

Yeah Killer 7 was a great game that deserved more attention.

Hopefully No More Heroes will have the same sort of surreal weirdness.

Not as hot as the PS2 can get but definately hotter than the GCN ever did.

I figure there hasn't been a good Sonic game since Sonic & Knuckles. Been a downhill slide, well more like crash, ever since.

I could go for that. I could also go for Crystalis and EarthBound.

I have both versions of TP. Does that make me extra special super great? Or a complete Zelda/Nintendo whore?

I've got both versions of Twilight Princess and neither is "superior" really. They both have their strengths (i.e. aiming in the Wii version as opposed to full camera control in the GCN version) and you really couldn't go wrong with either. Though I'd have to recommend the Wii version overall.

And YouTube does work on the Wii.

I've had a different problem with Zelda's sword play. It is almost too sensitive.

Wasn't it Miyamoto who said something along the lines of making a motion look credible as opposed to animating every little movement of that motion?
