There was ZERO need to make that anti-Israel comment and the false claim that there is genocide in Israel.

On one hand, it's good to see a showcase like this. It will probably have a fair amount of Switch 1 stuff so it probably has more relevant content for someone like myself who doesn't have a Switch 2.
But as a partner showcase it will not have the one thing I want to know and that's the Metroid Prime 4 release date. Or frankly the release date for any Nintendo first party games for the rest of the year aside from Pokemon. Is there a reason they're not giving us these dates? Has everything fallen so behind that the rest of the 2025 lineup is up in the air and could move to 2026? I'm especially worried about Metroid because not only do I not want yet another delay but I fear that if it moves too far into the future that they'll decide to not bother with the Switch 1 version. Another delay is a potential cancelation.
So hooray for the Partner Showcase but at this exact moment that isn't what I want, which hurts my enthusiasm for it.
And the update has bricked a LOT of Switch systems, mine included, and Nintendo's only response is that they are "looking into it".
Given what the update is addressing, it might have something to do with how many games you have downloaded from the eShop. I barely use my Switch for digital games, and it handled the update just fine.
Now the question is, what is Nintendo's true motivation here?
This being live action instead of animation is troubling. There are very few good live action fantasy movies outside of Peter Jackon's LOTR films, which this will be inevitably compared to in an unflattering light for Nintendo. This being a co-pro with Sony is doubly troubling.
The perpetually mediocre Tom Holland potentially being cast as Link because Sony is involved is triple troubling.
I just don't have a good feeling about this one. Illumination's Mario film was at best passable, but I actually care about Zelda.
I'm surprised to see that Theatrhythm: Final Bar Line participated in the top 20 list, while Metroid Prime Remastered didn't appear at all. Especially considering that Theatrhythm is a fairly niche franchise, while Metroid Prime physical copies were sold out everywhere
All you uncultured swine () who played the 1st Baten Kaitos but didn't play the superior Baten Kaitos Origins have no excuse now.
**** Yes, this is exactly what I was hoping to see. Nintendo has historically refused to acknowledge their GameCube games, so this needed to happen. These are 2 exceptionally unique RPGs more people should play.
Well Nintendo has basically ran out of Wii U games to port so now it's time to raid the Gamecubes lineup of games less people played so they can basically advertise them as new games to the larger gaming audience.
Either way this is great news since I was always interested in both Baten Kaitos games but never got around to buying. They came out in my late High School and Early College years were I just bought one game at a time and played that game as soon as I bought it. So naturally I missed out on a lot of titles that way.
Now I'll these remasters and they'll go into my backlog and eventually be played in 2035.
