A good on rail shooter would be something like the Panzer Dragoon series, personally not one of my favorite genres but fun once in a while.

Nintendo Gaming / GCN Demo Disc Revealed!

I hope they will give the demo disks away to Nintendo Power subscribers and offer a deluxe subscription that includes demo disks every month or two. If not I really think they should make it available at retail for a arround $5.- $10.

Nintendo Gaming / nintendo's return to glory

All I am trying to say is that they need more of a retail presence. Try going to your local video store and rent a newer gamecube disk or to any videogame shop and ask for the latest releases. There are quite a few games out now for my beloved system (I have apox. 15 so far including the bonus zelda disk) but blockbuster and rogers video have a poor selection of cube games, mostly older ones, and my local video game shop is pretty much pre-order only for gamecube stuff, "It just doesn't sell, I cant stock an item that doesn't move!" is the line that I get. I love the system and dont care what the kid next door thinks either, but if things keep going like this it will only spell trouble. Yes Nintendo might be one of the only console makers that can go at it alone but for how long?

Nintendo Gaming / nintendo's return to glory

I hope now that Hiroshi Yamauchi is retired and new young blood is at the helm of the company that Nintendo will once again rise to their former glory and lead the industry with new and innovative games. I love the new Zelda and Metroid games. Mario sunshine was a game that I was looking forward to for a long time that I think came up a bit short, it was a good game, not great. Maybe with a better P.R. department and some more marketing dollars they can shed this monkey off their back.
