I want to know why this game was made.
Did NDCube get bumped from making F-Zero GCN in favor of Sega, but instead of scrapping the game, they got NEC to publish it?
It doesn't really make sense for Nintendo to allow one of its own to develope a game so similar to another game they're having made, regardless of the publisher.
