The Wonderful 101 is out on Wii U on August 23 in Europe, August 24 in Japan and September 15 in North America.

In the most recent Nintendo Direct broadcast, NCL president Satoru Iwata confirmed that the game would be fully detailed during another presentation, which will occur during E3 next month.

Developed by Platinum Games and under the charge of Viewtiful Joe director Hideki Kamiya, The Wonderful 101 is an exclusive action game in which a one hundred-strong team of citizens fights to curb a major alien invasion of Earth.
