Adrock hit it right on the head. Seriously, you all whine about how the graphics are so bad....it's a rail shooter! And for the ones that said Konami is trying to drag the Wii under...how exactly is Konami doing that by porting one of the most popular arcade games of 2006? Granted, you are absolutely right, the graphics look cheesy, but go play the arcade game. It's exactly the same (as it is meant to be). The fun of target terror is not the FMV actors. It's the exploding turkeys, the hot chicks in leather, the terrorists trying to dump toxic waste on innocents, and the shocker zapping the crap out of a terrorist until he/she explodes. This game came from Raw Thrills and Eugene Jarvis. If you don't know who he is, look him up in a search engine and it won't take you long to understand exactly what this game is all about.
They have already made drinking games based on this game, or at least I found 2 on kotaku.com (comment 171 or so). I really think this game is gonna have a huge impact on US and overseas sales and for those of you that just cant buy it because the graphics are below your standards, well you will miss out. Your friends will play it and they will love it but you stick to your guns because I am sure that high def Wii game that is up to your graphical standards is just right around the corner.
