I guess we were expecting just a little too much from Capcom on this one. Seems like  Better controls+better graphics is going to equal not as many sales. They could have at least kept this private until June or so.

I coulda swore they were billionaires by now, but yeah, I wish nothing but misery on Acclaim.

Of the 3 of these games, Mario Kart is the only one people haven't traded in yet in large amounts at the eb i work at. Mario Party also seems to be a big seller since Thanksgiving weekend, and Mario Kart has continued on strong as well.

Tael- Should have said that I was thinking about the US. When it gets down to it, GTA seems to be the big thing for the casual gamer these days but i chose to use Madden since its gauranteed to be on the next nintenod console, so i dont have to get into any far-fetched "what if" scenarios. Madden football sells well over a million copies each and every year, occasionally when theres little difference besides roster updates. Its one of the few franchises with a big following across all 3 consoles and has the best chance of "stealing" away casual gamers from either competitor

Simple. Make sure that EA is the first third party with a dev kit, then drive x amount of dump trucks filled with cash to their offices so that they throw the majority of their time into creating a jaw-dropping version of Madden that makes the other next gen consoles look like crap. Madden more or less is the bread and butter of the "casual" gamer. Make something pretty, advertise it and theyll be buying it in bulk.

Do you have Kazaa or Kazaa lite installed? If you do go to this directory if you are on windows computer with XP:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

In there will be a file called hosts. Right click on it to open in notepad, word, works, or whichever word processing program you use. Do a search for image.com.com. Delete that line. I believe it is in there 2 or 3 times. Gamespot stores their media on their servers. I haven't seen any sude effects to this.

Berto your the friggin man, thanks for the info

Up until this November I had never sold/traded in any of my games. But then again I never had owned Star Fox Adventures before=P I think getting Metroid Prime for 10 bucks worked out well. =)
