This brought tears to my eyes.  This is my favorite game of all time and it still has the same graphic style and music, only they've both been lovingly updated.  This game is the reason I bought a 3DS.

Browser being cruddy?

(1)They haven't even launched the browser
(2) They switched browser manufactures from Opera to NetFront see here

NetFront is well respected and has been deployed in over one Billion devices and has received great reviews from the press. See Engadget's review of the Android version here

Maybe I will be surprised by the browser, but as it stands now I have a better web experience on my Wii than on my PS3 and there is something seriously wrong with that.

The 3DS has as much memory reserved for the OS as the 360 does.  Besides the browser being cruddy, Nintendo has done a real good job on the OS side of the 3DS.

Freezing problems in Ghost Recon?  I haven't heard anything about that.  Ghost Recon is already at my house and Pilotwings is coming with my 3DS.  I've heard bad things about the Sims 3 which is a shame because I'd love to have it on the go but the framerate is just awful.

How does Pokemon look?  White Version is probably the only DS game (besides Radiant Historia) that I will be spending large amounts of time with.  But I'll probably play it on the 3DS regardless of how it looks because I only have a DS Lite, so I can't use WPA2 connections for Wi-Fi Connection.

It certainly won't be hard to improve from the Wii's shop, and I've never owned a DSi but I've heard horror stories about that shop as well.  I'd love it if Nintendo had contracted Valve to design the store, but a Steam like service on a Nintendo platform is too good to be true.

To be fair, Virtual Console purchases include a customized emulator with each ROM, so you are downloading much more data from the Wii Shop Channel. It's still not that much, though

I wasn't aware of that.  That makes it slightly more excusable.

The Wii's shop is incredibly slow and the download times are awful.  I can download a SNES ROM in seconds.  Why does it take the Wii shop channel 5 minutes to do the same thing?

No Star Fox?  I was hoping to pick up OoT and Star Fox at launch.  And I'm genuinely surprised Kid Icarus doesn't look like a launch title considering how hyped it seemed at E3.
