A big week for remakes and... math.

May is crawling with remakes, remasters, and pretty much every other "re" you can think of. This week's headliners are the retail duo of Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition for Switch - now with Breath of the Wild skins and all of the people getting heads caved in by Ravio - and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux for the 3DS. The RPG is also well represented with Battle Chasers: Nightwar and the Switch version of the original Banner Saga.

Other niche groups being appealed to include owners of the Pac-Man Amiibo with Little Nightmares: Complete Edition (seriously), or people who need math in their lives as some Japanese math sims have come west. (At least for the US.) The Archives for North America hold Super Burger Time and Baseball Stars Professional.

Japan's releases this week are small, but include a chess game and some sort of free-to-start ramen-focused game. Trying to get out in front of Sushi Striker? Who knows.
