After launching Layers of Fear: Legacy last year, Bloober Team is moving far into the future for their next project.

The Polish developer has announced Observer (stylized >observer_) for the Switch, with no release date. Set in the year 2084, the title character is a private detective named Dan Lazarski, who has the ability to invade the minds of suspects and victims of crime in order to solve the mystery. Lazarski is both voiced by and modeled on Rutger Hauer, the actor known for portraying the android Roy Batty in Blade Runner (1982).

The game will feature full touchscreen play as well as Joy-Con support.

Rutger Hauer looks creepy. I can't tell if there was gameplay in there or not.
