What in sweet tarnation is this? A rogue podcast, pirating up the Famicast feed?!
Shugart - this aint regulation, you gotta play by the book.

You put Ty on staff, these things can happen.

So Ty's New Business is getting a spin off?

you joke, but Ditto's Imposter hidden ability actually makes it competitively viable, as it allows Ditto to transform upon switch and he gets any stat boosts the opponent has gotten, but without the restriction of  having to adhere to the opponent's item choice. bringing in Ditto with Choice Scarf on a guy who set up swords Dance and swept one of your own pokes is an excellent way to shut the sweep down and even doing a little bit of your own house cleaning.

Is the m4a (aac format) going to be available? It keeps saying 404 when you click the link on the website.

Great podcast.  It gave an excellent overview of modern fighting games for those of us who aren't necessarily very familiar with that genre.  I was curious though -- what is the music playing at the 6:30 mark?  I know I've heard it before but for the life of me I can't remember what it is.  Thanks!

Thanks, that was my exact goal in putting this together!

Any reason why this podcast isn't showing up on the Famicast iTunes feed?

famicomplicatedJames Charlton, Associate Editor (Japan)March 10, 2015

Well seeing as Ty has abandoned his own podcast....

As far as I know there is no AAC version of this show, and it's not on any feeds.
This is just a one-off special "right-click and download" kinda show.

Please understand!

Great things you mean? Having listened to the show, I thought it was well done. It was interesting to hear all of your respective backgrounds concerning fighting games, tournaments, etc. The discussion of Pokken was appreciated to see what the game is and where it may be going. Since I don't listen/watch any of the dozens of FGC podcasts out there, I learned a good bit about fighting games. Ya'll need to let Ty go rogue more often! :)
