GameCube
GameCube Broadband Adapter
While Nintendo seems to understand the needs of its more price-conscious consumers and has plans for a narrowband modem, they obviously don't want to forget their high-end users as well. With your broadband adapter you should be able to hook up to your DSL or cable connection and get down to ass whooping Internet-style on your GameCube all night long. As an added bonus, the Broadband Adapter lets you connect directly to another GameCube via ethernet cable, sort of like a mini-LAN. You could set up a larger network with an ethernet hub. Of course, games will have to be specially programmed to take advantage of this feature.
The GameCube Broadband Adapter retails for $34.95 USD.
