Don't laugh, damn it, but I am somewhat curious about Barbie Dreamhouse Party.  My oldest daughter's been watching that a lot lately and it is VERY intelligent...lots of tongue-in-cheek stuff and references for adults, like My Little Pony.  I wonder the game has some of the show's humor....

On another note, I CANNOT BELIEVE that Senran Kagura has been localized and released.  This is crazy.  Xseed passed on Retro Game Challenge 2 but they're picking up this?  Is there a huge market for this game that I'm not aware of?

Yep, that Barbie show is very good.

I kinda want to re-buy Zelda 1 again (had it on OG 3DS that i no longer have). It's cool that they now have character based sales. I think i will for Mega-Man sale to grab some of them to play on the go.

The market of people who love "plot" is apparently larger than the market for lovingly localized pastiches of retro games. A lot larger.

I bought Mario and Sonic, Zelda II, and Link's Awakening last night. If Nintendo is going to put these classic games on sale I'll buy them. I didn't buy the original Zelda because I got it free last month from Club Nintendo. I wish they would have put A Link to the Past on the Wii U for this I would have bought that too, and if they would have put Oracle of Ages on sale I would have bought that (I own the cartridge for seasons).
I can't wait to see what they do on the Donkey Kong week.

I think we have a couple of Smithers in this thread, with their Malibu Stacy collections...

It's by Torus Games, I think. They make decent licensed games. Might not be great (the game description doesn't inspire confidence), but it could be fun.
