Developed by HAL Laboratory, the general objective is to avoid the titular alligator for as long as possible, and the original released offered a 2 player mode via the Link Cable. It was previously released on the 3DS Virtual Console in 2013, though without multiplayer support.
- Avenging Spirit (1992) from Jaleco is a stage-based side scrolling platformer in which the player (who in the original arcade game was shot to death by a crime syndicate, and is a ghost) possess enemies to locate keys and defeat bosses. It was a 2011 3DS VC release.
- Mole Mania (1996/97) is a Nintendo-developed overhead puzzle game which credits Shigeru Miyamoto as its producer. Playing as a mole, the goal is to move a black ball from stage to stage, using the ability to go underground to your advantage. It was released on the 3DS VC in 2012.
