The final version of Opera's browsers will hit Wiis next month. Updated with more details from Nintendo.
Opera's browser was scheduled for release in March...but not any more. Today Opera released the following statement:
Opera and Nintendo today confirmed that the Opera-powered Internet Channel for Wii will be available in April 2007, rather than in late March as previously announced. The final release date in April remains to be determined.

In February, we reported that Telltale Games was looking for programmers to work on Wii software. The job listing referenced adapting existing PC assets to the platform, raising hopes that the Sam & Max adventure games might be making their way to Nintendo's console.

It looks like the public off-shoot of the old E3 will be worth attending after all.
Game industry site Gamasutra has learned that heavyweights Nintendo and Sony will be attending the newly formed E For All Expo, which will be taking place in Los Angeles from October 18-21. The two console makers join other confirmed exhibitors such as G4, DirecTV, the World Series of Video Games and Future Publishing.

Nintendo-branded game systems go 1-2 in sales. But which of them is on top?
The NPD Group released U.S. console sales data for the short month of February, and it should come as no surprise that the Nintendo DS is the top-selling piece of game hardware. According to the numbers, it sold through 485,000 units last month. Helping that total along was Diddy Kong Racing DS, making an impressive debuting at number three on the top ten software sales chart with 262,000 copies sold.

Kororinpa: Marble Mania and Wing Island are releasing March 20th, and Honeycomb Beat follows seven days later.
In a surprise announcement, Hudson revealed that their two Wii games, Kororinpa: Marble Mania and Wing Island are launching ahead of schedule, on Tuesday, March 20th. Honeycomb Beat for Nintendo DS releases on Tuesday, March 27th.
In Marble Mania, players tilt the Wii remote to guide balls through mazes, much like the classic Labyrinth game. Players can race in a two-player mode through more than 40 stages.

Coming from Koei, it looks to be a combination adventure/RPG.
Ever since the Wii remote was revealed, many RPG fans have been dreaming of getting their hands on a nice one handed title they can play while lounging on the couch. Opoona may be that title, but you won't be using the remote. Instead, players will be controlling most of the game by utilizing all of the features of just the nunchuck.

Thursday, Newsweek's N'Gai Croal reported that Ubisoft will be in charge of localizing Hiite Utaeru DS Guitar M-06 for the DS. The US title will be Jam Sessions, which is much easier to pronounce.

Nintendo's latest ad campaign focuses on creating Miis. The first ad takes place in an average living room, and the second takes place in an upscale board room.
This comes on the tail of yesterday's announcement that Miyamoto is working on a new Wii channel that allows users to place their Miis in worldwide popularity contests. It is not known when the channel will launch.
