Expect the unexpected from their upcoming company press event.
Level-5, the developer of well-known Professor Layton and not-so-well-known Inazuma Eleven, has promised to unveil a lot of big news at their annual press release, known as Level-5 Vision.
The company CEO Akihiro Hino said they expect to announce 20 titles, twice the amount shown at last year's conference. He goes on to say that surprising announcements will be made, much beyond the scope of Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney, which was unveiled at the event last year. Hino also expects something that will "reach out from the game industry," similar to their recent Japanese DS title Ni no Kuni, which was produced in collaboration with Studio Ghibli.
However, due to vague discrepancies with the Japanese concept of announcements, it's worth mentioning that some of these surprises may simply be further details on already announced software, or plans for English localization of previously unveiled games. Further details about the upcoming press release were kept under tight wraps, though it was mentioned that the title list also includes mobile content.
Level-5 Vision will most likely be held in August this year.
