Looks like Stevey beat me to it, then again im pretty lazy.  However i would like to say i take offense to the remark of it being the best kind of sale, for i am losing my job due to it, and i need the money for school loans.  Plus im gonna miss some of my fellow co-workers.

But enough with that over 200-300 stores will be closing and anyone looking for some good deals should get in on it as soon as possible, at my store some of the good games are all gone, and since my store stop recieving shipments back in the first week of January you can guess there really isn't going to be much anyway.

Well right now radioshack is screwed and probably will close arround like 70 stores. Also Suncoast just went out of business if they still are still in business they are having a massive clearance sale.

Can't we have this discussion in another thread?
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

Does anybody know of any pre-order bonuses/deals going on for Metroid Prime: Hunters?

I won't be able to play it for awhile, but I'm tired of missing out on fun (or even stupid, I don't care!) pre-order stuff. Heck, I would even take a measly deal like $29.99 (out of protest of this whole $34.99 business).

Oh man, I can't pass up Killer 7 for 10 bux.  Looks like I'll be buying Tetris DS, Metroid Hunters, Killer 7, and a new SP in a week.  That's, uhh, $150.  And Chibi Robo too, if I can get it under 50.  That's a lot of money for me.  A LOT.

The worst part is, I have so many games I still need to play, but I can't stop buyign!  I have a problem ;__;  After this, I'm cutting myself off.  No new games until Twilight Princess.

Fred Meyer has marked it down to $45, but I'd bet anywhere from that to $30 isn't unreasonable to assume from your local retailers.

$30 should never be considered a deal.  Stupid Gamestop and EB and other jerk stores and their $35 rip-offs!

He didn't say $30 isn't considered a deal.  He said it shouldn't be considered a deal.  (i.e. $35 MSRP is crap.)

Spending $35 on a better Mario Kart than the $60 N64 version is "crap?" Or what about a handheld, online Metroid game almost as long as its GameCube predecessor?

Better yet, think of it this way: DS games are only $17.50 per screen!
“...there are those who would...say, '...If I could just not have to work everyday...that would be the most wonderful life in the world.' They don't know life. Because what makes life mean something is purpose.  The battle. The struggle.  Even if you don't win it.” - Richard M. Nixon
