Yeah, mine got a hatchet but he forgets to use it half the time. Most of the time he won't pull it out until the opponent kills my dog.

Is it safe to assume that pretty much everything that happens in this "game" is random?  When I got to level 3 my strength shot up from 4 to 9.

pretty much. My second character hass 100+ more health than my first (Lvl3) character at Lvl1.

Your character gains one type of stat boost each level. Mine seems prone to speed but other people seem prone to strength or agility boosts.

I keep getting the downloader.Swif.C alert on mybrute.com, but only in IE. With Firefox I do not get the alert.
I have deleted all temp files, went through my registry, and had Norton do a full scan in safe mode. Nothing infecting my system. So, just to be sure I'm also doing a full scan with Malwarebytes. So far nothing. I think it is a false positive as the only people reporting it are Norton users.
