Let's put Bill to the test

All right funhousers, let us see if we can come up with a message board posting that Bill does not have an anime screencap to respond to. This may be tough, but I will start things off with a hard scenario.

Edit: Bill is the defender and still CHAMPEEN of Anime screencaps! I am declaring him passed with a 3.8 GPA.
