first of all, forgive me if there was a similar thread to this in the past but in all honesty im just too lazy/annoyed to dig for one. i know if there is, however, bnm will find it ;-)
anyway, so heres the part where i bitch:
work sucks and i want to punch my boss in the throat for all the sh*t talking he does to me behind my back. he recently accused me of getting too buddy-buddy with a coworker who is a lesbian and has a girlfriend that he knows and has met before... i could go on about this but i wont becuase it'll make me too mad.
after work i decide to go to best buy and treat myself to either some music or video games; the didnt have the one cd i was looking for and i resisted buying a game, opting instead for a wifi usb connecter for my ds so i could finally play online. they only had on and it was repackaged, and at a slightly lower cost. i ask the first guy i see if its returnable since its already been opened before and he gives me this dumb look, then asks what i want to use it for. thats when i gave him a dumb look back.
he must of though i really was dumb or something, becuase he starts explaining what its for, yet he had all his info wrong. he starts asking if i have a router and tells me that no matter what kind of router i have, as long as it gives off an wifi signal, the usb connecter will pick it up. this is when i wanted to slap him with the hard plastic casing the box for the wifi adapter was in and point out what it says plain as day on the back of the box: "use the nintendo wifi usb connector if you do NOT have acces to a wireless network connection..."
i didnt bother explaining why i had concerns about it further and asked "can i return i or not" and he says "yeah.." in a rude manner and just walks away.
i decide to leave without looking for a game a second time because i was irked enough. the cashier starts ringing me up and i ask him if its returnable or not just in case. well, i should say i started to ask becuase he interupts before i even get the question out with a rude "you got 30 days." i wanted to ring his neck..
i head out to my car and its pouring out, though when i got there, there wasnt a cloud in the sky. i parked kinda far and got soaked. there was a car accident right by the exit that was holding up traffic so i was getting more and more frustrated. i had no gas either and didnt feel like pumping my own so that was ticking me off, worrying if i had enough to get home. later on, the rain stops or i pass thru the storm so i roll my windows down and try to relax a bit while listening to some tunes. the roads were a little slick but i didnt think anything of it.
thats when i almost crashed. i was coming to a stop, the light wasnt even red yet, when the jerk in the oncoming lane hits the gas and tries to make his left turn before he got stuck at the red too. the problem is, my breaks ceased to work for that on instant and i came within inches of being hit. now not only was i aggrivated but slightly frightened. i just wanted to get home and play some mario kart online already.
i get home and run to the computer, check up on these forums since i havent been on in a few days, then finally get around to installing the disk that comes with the wifi adapter. the thing wasnt reading, and i couldnt open the files to get the program running. after restartign my computer finally starts runing the program only to freeze up. this happens a few more times.
to make matters worse my girlfriend and i are fighting and i havent talked to her not even once today, and im afriad she might of cheated on me becuase she went out to a movie with some guy last night whom i dont trust because the first time i ever met this "old friend" of hers, was at a party where he was essentially funneling drinks down hers, and his OWN girlfriends throat.
if i cant get this stupid wifi thing to install and i have to return it tomorrow, i garauntee they won't let me do so becuase the packaging is in such bad shape, yet thats how i bought the damn thing. i have a three day weekend coming up and i would of loooved to of finally gone online with my ds but i dont think thats going to happen. even if i do get it installed, im worried that since the computer is pretty far from my room and there are so many walls in the way i wont get a good signal. thats the reason why i asked if it was returnable in the first place, instead i got some jerk who didnt know what he was talking about talk to me like i was an idiot.
