Topic: Pale whining about the Mods? Couldn't be...

Now, I'm not one to complain about the moderating here.  Generally I think this is an awesome place.  A certain thing has come off as being quite silly though...  the Fast Forward area of the forum.

The area is designed to "Talk about the next generation of Nintendo consoles and handhelds."  Ok, everything is fine here...

Why did the mods decide to create this official stickied discuss revolution thread and then force coversations into it?  By that logic there should only be two stickied threads in the entire area, one for the next console and one for the next handheld and thats it.  I personally don't want to read an entire thread with all of the possible rumors lumped together.  The system makes sense for the other areas.  I don't want 15 threads about resident evil 4 either, but in the context of that forum it's just kind of silly.  There should be threads like "rumored disc format", "rumored controller", etc.

I dunno, just my two cents.

I agree, but mostly I'm here to say that the new frog ad is annoying as hell.

Egads, I haven't seen that one yet.

I noticed the main problem with the ad was the fact that my friend had maxed out the volume on my laptop, whereas I usually only have it about one notch up, if not silent.  So no problem with me anymore, though I'll be glad when they're gone.

Edit: I post this message and next thing I know I hear the fly ad.  You're right

No, you just pointed out that he was still moderating, although he left the staff a while ago.  We just forgot to change his access privileges.
